I think it is Carothers performance knives..... I believe he is a vendor on this forum. not sure I can reference a link but google cpk and it should come up.

That fixed blade is made by Nathan Carothers, of Carothers Performance Knives (CPK). His delta heat treat protocol for 3V yields some truly amazing steel

You use the peppers for anything in general?
Not these things, there way too hot! We grow, jalapenos, and bells for eating Thai's for spice. These are grown mostly for a dare! The last reaper I eat I thought I was going to die, they will take your breath away you'll start hiccuping eyes watering there beyond hot! Haven't tried the scorpion's yet
