Thanks man. I’ve been carrying this inkosi for so long now i couldn’t even tell you how many months. I haven’t cleaned it or taken it apart in forever. Thing still works and functions like a champ with no issues. Truly is built to last. No clue what the price is for them anymore eitherNice to see you back. We miss the everyday Sebenza work pics! Especially when you were carrying and using that damascus Sebenza everyday!
backspacer screw being gone doesn’t even affect it. Haven’t had to tighten or readjust, nothing. Just a perfect work knifeVery nice, carried an original model for a long time back in the day. Wish I still had it.That's an AFCK model 806-1101 in M390 which was a Knifeworks exclusive back in 2011. The original model of Benchmade's Advanced Folding Combat Knife, designed by Chris Caracci, dates back to the mid-90's, was the liner lock 800. There's an old thread here about the AFCK and its cousin, the TSEK--Tactical Safety Equipment Knife. There's also a comprehensive posting at the Benchmade Forum by old friend and member @-Corey- dating and listing descriptions of iterations of both those knives with pictures of many models.
I feel lucky to have an 800, 806 BK, and the 806-1101 along with an 805 TSEK. Sadly, all are long discontinued.
