...and one more of that converted combo-edge AUS8 Red RAT 1, carried today after my son come down to the Cape to do the climbing for me as we're finishing up some roof details over the next few weekends.

DA170 DA170 , back to your comment from a while back regarding my son loving the RAT I, like yours, that put I together for him....
I gave to him last night when he got here--it's his birthday today--and he was most pleased with it. Here it is in the nice Ace Case I found in my stuff that I passed along with the knife.

My dog and I walked along the edge of the rain. 🙂
This is the second time I've seen this phenomenon. It's raining on one side of the street, and quiet on the other. 😯

I love that. I've seen that a few times.

One time, when I was a kid, my dad and I were fishing. He used to be a huge fisherman and went all the time and I'd tag along with him sometimes. One time we were Kokanee fishing and I was having all the luck and he wasn't catching anything. We kept poking fun at how I was catching fish and he wasn't. At one point in the day, we were driving the boat to another spot on the lake and a rain cloud came in. In the bow of the boat where I was it was bright and sunny, and in the back of boat, where he wasn't catching anything it had started raining. 🤣 And it was just a little like 14 foot fishing boat.
