EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Cuttin hay bales. Put a 17.5dps edge on this, if you're familiar with Hinderer grinds it's a oem slicer hollow. Huge grinding wheel so it's hardly a hollow, but that's what they say. This is a limited finish build with a two tone blade, with satin flats and working finish grind. Full ti battle bronze, battle black clip/tab and black hardware. One of my favorites in my collection.

Some days I'll go through a few knives in the morning before actually settling on what I'll carry. I had my PJ large InkoSingo in pocket briefly, then set that aside in favor of my PJ iMamba which shares the same drawer space. That was with me while I finished my coffee and browsed BF for a while.

A random thread let me to WTB on the Exchange and a post there led me to something at Folders FSBI which led me to consider a possible trade as the poster had specific interest in Biryukov knives and he had something else Russian that I've thought about picking up for some time. I got my blue CF Biryukov #10 out as I've had some thoughts about moving it out, so I pocketed that one for the day to consider.

Well, what often happens in such cases happened and I ended up re-discovering that knife and decided I liked it a lot and it wasn't going anywhere. I'd ordered it made to order directly from Andrey--a request that I've been told was rarely if ever granted--which makes it kinda special, plus doing business directly with Russian makers is basically impossible at this time. This one will remain a keeper for the foreseeable future and I'll keep my small stash of Biryukov's intact.

It must be decently thin. I would not have known it was sharpened so acutely, looking at the height of the edge bevel.
