Not too thin at all by my standards. I wear an XL work glove. But I do prefer thinner handled tools than some too, ironically. My favorite practical/utilitarian edc is a lw/frn Spyderco Chaparral, which is also a very thin knife. I say give it a go, and if you hate how it feels return it.
