EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

What can I say, I'm a fan ...

Hm, what happed? My squail pivot is stiff, i hate the clip and the jimping, but that ti liner works and clicks just great.

I own a Boker urban trapper and a exskelibur decade w ti liner locks and both have terrible lockface geometry with alot of lock stick and excessive play. The urban trapper is brand new out the box. Boker should just stick w stainless for liner locks imo or maybe i just got bad examples who knows but i wouldnt buy another with a ti liner lock from Boker.

That came out looking really cool, are the grips factory or aftermarket?

A custom scale maker made this scale and over travel stop set for me years ago. Sadly that maker ran off with a bunch of folks money and is now out of the business, as far as I know (spketch/Steve Ketchen). He did nice work, until he did a runner, though.

I am kinda trying something out here. It's a clip of "manly" brand knives. It doesn't really fit, but it's sturdy and I can move it a bit to try different angle variations with it.
It's one of the longer clips they have, it's straight, slim and looks like it fits with the theme of the knife.
Most importance to me is how it feels. Some downfalls of deep carry clips I see is it irritates your palm. It's not as nice in your hand as with the standard clips around the butt area of the handle. This is not the case with this clip.
It's really slim and it works.

It feels just great in all the grips and when I extract the knife, everything falls in place beautifully.
I have lots of respect for standard clip, but I see myself enjoying the knife more in this manner.
Maybe I'll file the scales and sink it deeper, but I give these things a long trial period to be really sure it's what I want.
This sebenza has my mothers b-day, it's a gift from wife so I don't plan on selling it.

Ah this is great info, thanks!

I'm currently using the mxggear deep carry clip, and while I like it, the manly clip has a nice, slim, and classy look to it. Nice work!
