EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Mainly these two faves today, DLT PM2 and Medford Praetorian G. :)

Sweet bugout! who makes those scales cuz ima sucker for OD micarta! interesting thumb stud also looks similar to a Sebenza stud.

They are Allen Putman scales. There's multiple stores that carry them, best to search online for the best price.

I got the zirconium thumbstuds from ticonnector.com. You gotta fiddle with it a little to get them to fit.

Nice, since I got into knives I’ve thought about career changes often o_O

I was an office suit and tie guy for over ten years.. middle management personal Finance company stuff. Decided I didn't want the cubicle life anymore and broke out. I went to HVAC school and started from the ground up. I am happy where I am at but it took a lot of sacrifice and a lot of learning. luckily I enjoy learning and it keeps me intrigued and not complacent.

Ironically I still have a cubicle, but I spend most my days in the field and I only come in to the office for free lunches and beers from vendors/distributors. Sales has it's benefits haha, I also can make a job walk at anytime, even if it means an early morning at the beach or an early afternoon on the golf course, as long as I'm securing contracts and my jobs are executed well I have complete autonomy.

It's hard making a life change like that but in my case it worked out and I thank God for all of it. Long story short, if your heart is calling you to change, pray and see what the big man says about it.

Besides, even if you stay in your office, who could get upset about that beautiful Black DLC slicer with dark grey scales, that thing gets me every time!

Lol, thanks, it’s hard to put away once I start admiring it — it’s really the amazing Stonewashed DLC that gets me.

As for your change of profession, that’s really awesome! I will definitely keep those sentiments in prayer and see how it plays out. I appreciate you sharing your story brother!
