For 20+ years this is the blade I have cut with the most, this is the edge that I am most intimate with. I find its beauty in its function. Its old, dirty, and intense.
^thats what I really like. I cut with the kukri I posted in this thread for about 2 years now and it's cut A LOT for just two years. I hope it ends up in similar shape as that blade, so I can pass it down as a tool. All of my grandfather's old, used tools always fill me with a sense of astonishment, because it makes me think of how much time he must have spent using them. He's still with us, but not as young as he once was
