EKA 60 service

Hi all,

My EKA 60 unfortunately broke after 26 years of use. The locking mechanism broke while being used to split blocks of lumber. This is rather heavy use for a folding knife. I emailed eka for an replacement part. To my amazement a brand new eka 60 was delivered in three days.

This is a lot of service after 26 years!:thumbup::thumbup:

Wow, In 1980 My Switson-Morgan broke after 10 years and I could not get one bit of customer service.

The Company folded 9 years before I asked for help!!!

Eka makes a great product, it's always good to hear a company standing behind what they make. They may not know it but hearing something like that nudges me toward buying that Swede 88 I have been eyeing.
