Electric Etcher

Shipped out this morning, you should be getting them soon. I included everything but salt. I just use regular table salt. Several shakes of salt to 5ml water is plenty of electrolyte, just make sure to let it dissolve well. Oh course, it works well with store bought electrolyte also.

If there are any problems, just let me know.

Do you include instructions on how it is used?

1 tape your stencil down and set the etcher to ETCH
2 mix the salt and water
3 connect the black lead to your q-tip and the red lead to your blade
4 dip the q-tip in saltwater, shake off any excess
5 hold the q-tip against the stencil and tap the button 15-20 times
6 switch to MARK and repeat

Practice scrap and adjust accordingly

Canada? Sure, it costs about $3 more for shipping so paypal $83 to paypalsucks@dsmrepair.com and I'll ship one out.

I received mine today. It looks good, but have no idea how to use it

How about some info on its operation?:)

It will etch as deeply as you want, depending on how long you etch and what etching solution you use. Salt works fine, but the commercial electrolyte solution does work better. I'm going to test with TSP, it should also work very well.
