Merry Christmas, y'all! I'm posting from my uncle's house in Charlotte, NC. Boy, is this modem slow.
Anyway, the Phantom has a 4in. blade, which would violate some local laws. The blade is not double-edged. The blade geometry should not be a factor in any laws I'm aware of. If it were a fixed-blade, it would probably be considered a stabbing implement in CA.
