Ellis Refractory...good, bad or ugly?

I ordered $170 worth of material last Sunday, the 25th. With a request to notify me when it might be shipped.

I do realize that they are full time phd students. Which is why they mention that they can only ship on the weekends. I'm fine with that and don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time with at least some level of communication.

Has anyone received merchandise from them recently? Maybe within the last 2-3 weeks? Ot maybe anyone able to enlighten me on the process of purchasing through them.

In your order you asked: "I read that you guys usually only ship on the weekends. If possible, could you email me if you're able to ship today?".

Your order came in after we had already shipped for the weekend, and I assume Kathryn didn't email you back because you asked to be notified if we shipped it that day...by default, it went to the next weekend. She's been tied up with studying for the Bar exam, so she has been running a little behind on emails for the past week or two...but I'm pretty sure she's caught up on all communication this evening.
