I have had recent transactions with both of these gentlemen and they are excellent to deal with.

James (APM) was very easy to deal with and very very understanding with a couple of newbie mistakes I made.

Shawn was also very easy to deal with, kept me up to date the whole way and paid me more for shipping than I asked for.

Thanks Chad! Hope you like that NimCub headed your way. I can't say enough about this laptop... Suffice to say that what used to take me 30 minutes now takes exactly 2!

Gotta tip my hat to Emanym Ton as well. Hell of a guy. Being from Washington state helps too. Now if I could just make a Seahawk fan out of that Elway knock-off, we'd have the makings of a real quality forumite.
