I have had a MRE tabasco sauce bottle of Ronson lighter fluid on my kitchen window sill for 4 months. It has not lost any fluid. I also keep one in my mini kit which spends a lot of time in a hot car or pick-up. None of the bottles look like they have lost any fluid. I think that I will start carrying more. Besides keeping my Zippo going, I think that a bottle of lighter fluid would make a very good quick emergency fire starter.
