Emerson CQC-7 for BM 32 or 51

I have an Emerson CQC-7, stonewash part serrated tanto. Has satin thumbdisk, and skull clip. Factory sharp edge, buttery smooth, solid early lock up. Knife has been handled but overall it is in new condition.

Looking to trade for a Benchmade model 32 or 51 Balisong.

Can add a little cash if necessary, depending on condition.
