I understand things like this do upset the buyer, especially for an expensive item, but then i also firmly believe rationality should take precedence over emotions. Would like to see this resolved to the satisfaction of both - you as well as emerson's. Oh, and being an active duty marine has no bearing on this situation. Good luck!
