I changed my original post, as you and it appeared others mistook what I was trying to get across.

As for not knowing you from Adam you are correct. I am not confusing silence with ignorance. If you do know our history as you say, then your comment about borderline personal attack is even more out of line than I thought.

Further, since you are not ingorant of the facts, than you realize should I choose to this forum could become a lot more personal, with facts backed up in writing from Lawyers.

Derek it would appear if nothing else comes out of this thread, at least this Emerson Fourm will now be a place that Blade Fourm members can get some answers.

Oh, one more thing. I never hit and run and I stand behind everything say or write.

Did EKC ever explain the wave feature in its ads for the Commander?

I love my Commander and the wave feature, but I honestly found out what the wave did by accident when I pulled the knife out of my pocket to find it open and ready to go.

There is nothing in the literature that came with my knife to educate the buyer about the wave and I can't recall anything in an ad to market this key feature.

I guess I bought the knife for all the other reasons that make the Commander so great and truly looked for an explanation of the wave feature with no luck, wish I had been a BF member back then.
