Emerson Sharpening advice

You have an nice knife and maybe need to drop some cash for a good sharpening system also. I couldn't make use of the Lansky at all, never worked for me. Sharpmaker is nice but for "razor sharp & polish" doesn't quite cut it either. Since I am on the EdgePro Apex no issues, that thing takes care of the guess work. Only grievances about the Emerson chisel grind is that if you are a righty like me, on that system you are sharpening with your weak hand. For the reverse flat side just lay the stone on the table and strop it on the stone. You will be amazed.
Keep in mind that the EdgePro stones don't all have the same thickness. You need to adjust angle between everyone. No need for polishing tapes, invest in a good strop.
