Where to begin... 
G36 (45 ACP) with Milt Sparks SS II IWB; spare mag in Sparks holder, ARC LS HP with clickie switch in velcro nylon pouch; Dozier Drop Point Personal in horizontal kydex (ErikD knows a good knife!); caribiner holding keys/ photon II red LED/ ARC AAA in kydex holder by Normark/ tiny SAK/ green Glowring/ ; the entire package suspended on a Wilderness 5 stitch belt.
Front pocket is a Victorinox Farmer Plus SAK and a Fisher Telescoping Space pen with some spare cash and business cards all in a Mission wallet. Other side is a modded large Sebenza (a la grnamin!) or a modded Emerson CQC8. Rear holds my SpecOPs T.H.E Wallet Jr. which includes an EZE LAP credit card size diamond sharpener.
Wrist gets an Omega SMP black dial on a Ginsler sharkskin band with Ginsler deployant.
SF E2e with TID goes into vest/ jacket/ coat pocket.
Neck carry is a one of a kind skeleton Ti neck knife made by Dan Crotts of the Dozier shop!

Around my neck, High Gear digital compass.
On my wrist, Timex Expedition (which just lost power today!).
Snake ring on my little finger next to my wedding band (which was custom made to say "True Love Always" in an anciet alchemist font)
Right front pocket - Benchmade 910, M2HS, tanto. (I just panicked! I went to pull it out and couldn't find it! I'd tucked it into my back pocket because I was helping a friend carry 2 8 foot mirrors for his business and I didn't want to take a chance on bumping them). Logitech Pocket digital camera. Fischer bullet pen and ~$5.00 in bills and change.
Left Front pocket -Sony Ericson cell phone T226. Not a flip, but small enough for pants pocket carry. Chapstick and an old tylenol tube with Alieve in it. Keychain with a Brunton Compass, metal match and a small level (was $1 at Home depot) Attached to the keychain are a couple paper clips and a few bobby pins (find 'em around the house and think they may come in handy sometime)
Back left pocket, wallet with a Colgan mirror tucked inside. Also, a small sewing kit in there as well.
Back right pocket, Marks-A-Lot clickie marker. Easier to use than a Sharpie as I don't have to fumble with a cap. Cheapo black pen. My keys also get tucked in there after getting clipped to a belt loop at work.
On my belt is a Pock-It's pouch from Wal-Mart... Inside is an Inova X5t, Sog Power Pliers, Rotring Quattro, Swiss Army Cybertool 34 with a Cold Steel Ready Edge clipped to the end, toe nail clippers, Slide lighter and a 6 foot tape measure.
Clipped with the keys is a Garrity squeeze light.
