Its nothing special - basically a slab of solid ABS. I would prefer cheap Micarta slabs for the Scrapivore.

That made me wonder tho...didn’t Busse Company say they won’t ship certain knives to certain states? If so, how would Busse Company be able to meet state laws when blindly sending out grab bags to customers?

He's saying they have to different tables they choose from. One would be Cali Compliant, the rest would be the free states (for knives anyway).
