Why do you guys think that endura is such a great knife? I have experiences with 2 or 3 enduras, on every there was weakness of blade. There are not more than 0,5-1mm of steel which lock blade.
pretty much my sentiments exactly hahaI love the Endura.
For years I wouldn't touch a Spyderco but I kept reading about them and never heard anything bad. So finally I broke down and bought an Endura. My first thought was "it's huge, it's ugly," then I got it out of the box, opened it up and fell in love with it. Then it lived in my pocket for well over a year, and then off and on for a while until it was finally retired by a Benchmade 710 three and a half years ago.
I still think it's huge and ugly, but I love it. It still gets some use, but not EDC use. I use it when I need a very pointy tip for something.
At first I was not a big fan of the Endura, then I got one on 2/20/2009 and fell in love and you can see how that has changed since then

Two months! Man, you got it bad!
thatd be my white endura and izulaLaurin, were your Enduras earlier generations like the 3rd generation? When i used to sell knives, I had a lot of folks turn their noses up to spyderco because they had problems with tip breakage on the early generation Enduras/Delicas. Spyderco has fixed the problem with the Endura4 and Delica4 with thicker blades and tips. I wouldnt touch a Gen3 endura... but I love all 4 of my gen 4 Enduras.
Say Wavester.. SWEET Izula in the background. I have often combo edc'd my white E4 and black Izula. They look great together
Yes I do... So far that one has eluded me.
