Got a few new Beckers on Saturday, my first 17 and first 14. I like the both after handling them a bit and can't wait to get the 24 when it comes out. I'm stripping the 17 for sure......its actually in the stripper right now, but I'm not sure if I'm going to do the 14 or not.

I like my tweeners stripped. My big ones I just leave alone, except the 5 in got stripped too. You are going to like the 17.

I think I'd like the new coating on a bigger blade and would leave it be, but I don't like it much on the smaller knives. My 15 lost its coating right after I got it too. I might just have to send the 17 off for some duracoat soon. I think a nice thin smooth coating would be nice on it. Maybe desert tan or tan digi cam or something.

Got it stripped and cleaned up. Just need some liners and stainless hardware now.

I like the looks of the tweeners stripped its all most like a stonewash finish.

I have a ZT 0560, and love it. As far as I'm concerned, it is miles ahead of the 0561, both in looks and technology.
Just ask Moose.

It is a very hefty folder, but is not as heavy as it looks. Pretty solid and super fun to flip.
Elmax takes one hell of an edge, too.

About 4 hours in over there, not much work on my part and half a bowl of his wife's wonderful soup I got a call. Christina was getting run over by the kid being sick and I had to leave.
