Enrique Peña knives

Here is a knife that I just finished. I was inspired to make it after seeing one on the '' longnail pull'' thread on the traditional section made by Joel Chamblin. Knife not for sale.

Excellent knife to be inspired by, Enrique, if I do say so myself. That Chamblin was one of my first (traditional) custom knives and is still a great favorite of mine.

Congrats, Nate on a fine addition.

That is an outstanding dogleg!

One of these days I gotta see how y'all get to those springs and liners so tightly fitted that they look like a solid piece of steel. Mighty impressive.

Wow that's a beauty! Congrats Nate!

Indeed it is a beautiful knife and that is why I built it.

Wow......every time I see another one of your knives I just can't believe the quality workmanship that I see. Great looking knives!

Wow, great job getting the back to fit so tight. Did you jig the bone on this one?

R

Richard I did not jigged this bone myself but have been working on making some similar to it myself. I can't wait to have it finished so that I can put it on a knife.

Hey Santa showed up in Laredo Texas and look at what he brought me. It is some of the best stuff I have seen so far.

Good look'n stag. I see some real nice folders coming out of your shop in the very near future.

Man Alive! Christmas just seems to get earlier each year !! :D
Hope you have some of that gorgeous stag left for when Santa comes to visit me ;)

Colin.

Hello to all. Here is my first Zulo/Tribal Spear knife that I have made. It is 4 1/8'' closed and it is made out of 1/8'' stock. If I would make just like the original it would take a regular nail nick but I decided that a longnail pull would look nice on this knife. What do you guys think of the nail nick. Knife not for sale.
