I think I'm going to be very pleasantly surprised when my wife gives me this gift on Christmas morning! ;)

Elliott, I think she should wrap it in multiple boxes to make you really want it, after already drooling and slobbering over it! ;) :D

Just a top notch job done on a top notch pattern. What's not to love!

Congrats, man.

Well, it's Christmas morning so I thought I'd share a couple of new images of the HTT from my deck. (I was lucky to find one rail that was not covered by the steadily falling snow...)

Needless to say, I'm just loving' this new knife!!!:thumbup:

An amazing knife all around but that bone jigging is exceptionally well done.

That is beautiful. The jigging is simply amazing.
Merry Christmas Elliott.

Beautiful knife. Outstanding.
I noticed the plaid pattern on the butt end too, and said "how did he ? "
and realized I was looking at your shirt! WOW.
Again, Beautimus. Dozier (not bob)

Elliot!,
I think Enrique has hit the nail on the head, In all aspects E.P's custom blows the factory reproduction away( as much as the factory repro is a awesome knife!! :) )
The jigging on the bone is a beautifull job without doubt!, and the swedges on the blades, and the whole proportion of the knife is as perfect as you can get...even down to little finishing touches like the angle of the nail pull.

Enrique-well done, I can only dream of owning a knife like this one day, and Elliot... all I can say is that you are a lucky man, I have a chuckle picturing you trying to get one last playtime with the knife before wifey takes it away from you :D

Holly cow, that knife is awesome..........

Great work Enrique!

Elliott, you're a lucky dog!

Oh yea...that is one hot knife to be carrying around on Christmas. I'm sure it got a lot of work cutting through all the wrapping paper. So nice....I really like the bone color

That bone is stunning!!! and I love the profile of the blades, very elegant...fantastic Christmas present.

Thanks, guys for the rave reviews. Just got logged back on after we've been without power since early this morning due to snow and ice accumulation and damage.

It's good to be back home again.

Welcome home, Elliott!
The pics you took have some really fine detail! You'll be puttin' Coop to shame soon!
That knife is a looker! You are a lucky Blues-man.

Thanks, Charlie. I don't think Coop needs to start looking over his shoulder anytime soon.;)

I gotta have a little talk with Santa :D

Your pics are very good, and you have a fine subject to work with.
I see you had your Christmas flannel on lol :D

Thanks, Mike. I use a Canon A590 IS that I got as a promo giveaway from Discover card a couple years back. (It's 8 megapixel and replaced my old 1.3 megapixel Olympus which was an antediluvian model.)

I try to find a spot on the porch or deck rail where the sun is not shining directly on the subject, set everything to "auto" except for choosing "flash off" and "macro".

That's my big secret. (And then I may or may not use the "auto adjust color" or "sharpen image" on my favorite (small & simple) freeware image program called "irfanview".)

Now you have the sum total of my secret expertise. :p

Great knife, and while I do like the jigging, the blade grinds are the better feature, IMHO. (Especially the Spey.)

So, watcha gonna do with it? Hopefully more than just open letters. :D
