simple alternative
take BK dbl cheeseburger
add a handful of chili/cheese corn chips between the bun and the burger
eat salty, crunchy, gooey, meaty goodness.

Soy Vey sauce
Cabot habanero cheddar cheese
Couple slices of choice deli ham microwaved for 1 minute

Not sure how it would be with BK, but on a good homemade burger...mmmm!

- Very light spread of Bookbinders or other creamy horseradish sauce on the bottom bun
- Burger(s), cheese
- A layer of chopped lobstah meat (fresh boiled prefered)
- A drizzle of melted butter and and just a few chopped pieces of scallion
- A light spread of whipped cream cheese inside the top bun to hold it in place

Wipe the saliva from your chin, then indulge with an ice cold beer on the side. Killer!

Bk double go to Jack in the box get some Bacon Cheddar potato wedges. With extra Bacon of course. And put them right in the middle with some choped onions. Haven on a bun.

My idea just popped into my head.

Take the Double Cheese Burger from BK. Order it plain.

Get some take out Sushi Rolls from your favorite sushi place.

Order some "hot" rolls.

My suggestion would be a spicy Tuna roll fried in Tempura batter. Put one or two slices of the hot tempura battered roll on the burger.

Voila western "fast food" meets eastern "fast food".

You can add wasabi or your favorite sushi roll condiments to taste! (the local place has a spicy mayo sauce that is sweet and spicy and savory at the same time!)

My favorite sushi roll is a spicy tuna roll, battered in tempura batter then fried till hot and crispy. The serve it with a spicy mayo sauce that is both sweet and hot. this would make the ideal condiment for the burger as well!

Enjoy the deliciousness. You will have to time this right so that the burgers are still hot, and the tempura fried sushi rolls are hot as well! Send one person to get the take out, timed to arrive about the same time the other "Shop Folk" get the burgers.

You can use any type of Sushi Rolls that make you smile or your tastes dictate.

Really, actually, this is making me crave some delicious sushi rolls!

Another Idea would be an asian fusion tuna steak.

If you have a local place that does asian fusion. Order a seared ahi Tuna steak crusted in black sesame seeds. They cook them to taste if you want pink, or mostly done.

You can slice off a nice layer and use it on the burger. One good sized Ahi Tuna steak will make for a couple of burgers.

Order the burgers plain with cheese and add the slice of Ahi Tuna crusted in black sesame seeds, and add a spicy mayo sauce (like in sushi rolls), or a wassabi based sauce.

Add Tony Packo`s pickles and peppers, That beer flavored Cheddar from the place in Adrian, and either Golden`s brown mustard or Sweet Baby Ray`s honey BBQ sauce. Hell, add both! And wash it down with an icey Black Lable.

gogo Aussie Style!

BK Bun, meat & cheese....

add in:

2x rashers bacon, fried.
1x egg, fried
lettuce
small amount of onion
tomato
and a couple of slices of canned beetroot!

Ok,

BKDC
one slice of thing cut & grilled ham (I use Boarshead ham, but you can use what you have available)
a few Jalapenos
one slice of swiss
one slice of american
mustard
slices of avacado

I call it the Mexican BKDC. the ham will give it just the right amount of salt, the Jalapenos will give it a little kick, and the swiss and american give it a little sharpness. The Avacado gives it a nice creamy finish. It is the best, Jerry your going to love it!

KFC Double Decker/Double Down

Dip in Arby's "Honey Mustard" sauce or add directly to burger.

Granted I could say that you need an extra patty of Kobe beef topped with foie gras and sprinkled with black truffles with that kobe patty inside a brioche truffle bun but I'm thinking the supply might be a taaaaad limited.

haha my first thought was take the burger, remove the meat paddies and replace with a KFC double down.

OK, lemme tell ya, weather you can get it or not is inconsequential, you MUST get this together, its the best burger I've ever had, 'course you do pay for it the next day, ifn you know what I mean, Dan probably knows :p

First, on the bun, peppercorn ranch followed by brown mustard, yes it works.

Second, two slices of pepper jack cheese, better with Jalapeno Jack, but either one works great.

A hand full of breaded and deep fried Jalapeno pepper slices, if not available ready made its well worth the effort to do your own. Use catfish breading to do it, yum.

Fried pickles if you have em, if not, please use bread and butter pickles, you'll thank me later. The hot of the jalapeno's and the sweet of the bread and butter pickles is divine

Vine ripened tomatoes, and red onions, or vidalia, either one is wonderful, NO ICEBERG LETTUCE, use the good stuff, Romain at the least, it just tastes better

Dont forget the napkins, you WILL need them, oh, and a good dark beer to satiate the burn. You'll need it, in a good way. ;)

Your burger sounds like a combination of the two burgers I suggested, hence the light hearted grumpy faced smilie.:D

Fried pickles and Jalapeno poppers (both dipped in Ranch dressing) are the bees knees.
