Your burger sounds like a combination of the two burgers I suggested, hence the light hearted grumpy faced smilie.:D

Fried pickles and Jalapeno poppers (both dipped in Ranch dressing) are the bees knees.

Sweet, didnt read the past recipes for fear of repeats, guess I found a good one eh? :D Have you tried peppercorn? Droool.

Dave, can the pics be any bigger? I can still scroll across in less than a minute. :p

Simple yet delicious -

- Fresh salsa (Do your taste buds a favor and make this yourself. I do this once a week and keep a bowl handy: tomato, cilantro, onion, jalapeno, teaspoon of lime juice, pinch of salt).
- Ripe avocado, sliced thin.
- Sprinkle of tabasco if you want to kick it up a little.

I tend to add a bit of ketchup to taste.

oh man this is not my fist rodeo..... :D

Southwest BK corn burger:

separate meat patties
add 1 large corn fritter or several small corn nugget bites
top with a southwest dressing/sauce
add a few pickled jalapeno slices
enjoy

Mushroom beer ketchup burger:

take a handful of mushrooms and chop them finely along with a few slices of onion and some garlic. fry off in butter and some cajun seasoning until the shrooms give up most of their water. add enough beer till everything is swimming happily. (use something like an oktoberfest or amberbock) reduce for a few minutes and then slowly mix in your ketchup until it gets nice and thick.

add some onion rings to the burger and smother with the warm ketchup sauce.

Add a 1" thick medium rare beef tenderloin, sautéed onion, sautéed mushrooms and 4 thick strips of peppered maple bacon.

BK Top Bun
Cole Slaw (of your liking)

BK Burger
Battered Onion Strings (BK, or your own favorite)
BK Cheese
BK Burger
French Fries (BK, or your own favorite)
BK Bottom Bun

All on top a bed of your favorite BBQ Beans

Great contest! Here's hoping I win, so I can purchase my first Busse!

My creation is called the "Deluxe Breakfast Burger Feast" . . . Here it is, in order of layers as if you were looking right at the burger (mandatory BK items are in parentheses):

(Top bun)
Mild BBQ sauce
Pepper jack cheese slice
Layer of thin-cut deli ham slices
(BK cheese
BK burger patty)
Provolone cheese slice
Bacon
Swiss cheese slice
Fried egg
(BK cheese
BK burger patty)
(Bottom bun)

Since this is a "Busse Combat" cheesburger, you have to have bacon & something hot (nuclear perhaps), so here it goes:

BK bun
Pickles
Tomatoes
Thick sliced Fried Jalepeno's
Thick Sliced Pepper Bacon Simmered in Jack Daniels
Pepper Jack Cheese
Burger Paddy
Another Layer of Pepper Bacon
Another Layer of Cheese
Another Burger Paddy
BK Bun
Add Mustard and Ketchup to your liking
Slice in two (3 or 4) with ASH1, FFBM or INFI of your choice and enjoy

The King Cristo Burger

Sandwich Prep

1. Bottom Bun-spread on a tablespoon or so of Mayo
2. Burger Patty
3. Slice of Turkey
4. American Cheese
5. Burger Patty
6. Slice of Ham
7. Slice of Swiss Cheese
8. Mayo on top Bun
9. Cut the sandwich in half and secure both halves with toothpicks

Batter Prep

2/3 cup water
1 egg
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Heat 5 inches of oil in a deep-fryer to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C). While oil is heating, make the batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper; whisk into the egg mixture until smooth.

Cooking

Dip each sandwich half in the batter so that all sides are coated. Deep fry in the hot oil until golden brown on all sides. Remove toothpicks and dust with confectioners' sugar just before serving. Serve with a side of Maple Syrup.;)

Take the burger king burger, minus lettuce and condiments, and put some Aussie Cheese Fries from Outback, in addition to some of their spicy ranch dip on it. /droool

Fried mac and Cheese. Take a good fried mac and cheese recipe. Make some up, and add them to the burger. Make them thin like patties and add as many as you like. Pickles and ketchup and mustard if you like. I tend to like Fry Sauce better. Not sure if you guys even have fry sauce out there. You can put condiments on to taste.

Marinara sauce is good.

How about simply putting a slice of your favourite pizza into the burger? I'd be going with a BBQ chicken pizza with stuffed crust and simply folding a slice in half and then putting it between the burgers.

the pace of this thread has slowed down to that of the heartrate of those eating what's been described in this thread... ;)

Salt, pepper and ketchup to taste.

I would add:

* Thick slices of bacon (3) between each bun/hamburger
* Fried onions stirred into melted cheddar on the bottom bun
* Spicy Italian sausage patty between the two beef hamburgers
* 1 fried egg (sunny side up or over easy) just under the top bun

I would have to agree - the honey, and make the peanut butter chunky kind.

Just thought of this, might be the several pints of Stella, how bout mashing up a Clark bar and having that in there? I'd put it right in the middle although I know some may spread it ono of the buns the burger comes with.
