Hey, I resemble that remark!
That's why when I travel with you, I have a purple backpack, a Che Guevara t-shirt and a plan to point at you and scream "AGENTE FEDERAL!" when the shooting starts![]()
I'd also be wary of folks wearing Hawaiian shirts sporting a flattop haircut.
I - personally - have had folks ask me if my suspenders were part of a shoulder rig. It is a touch odd.
Aside - I'm positive Don is aware of a vest being a target, hence the smiley.
That's the best offer I've had in 2 years. I'm getting my tickets now to fly over and see you!![]()
Don, those type of vests are often referred to as "Shoot-Me-First" vests as many UC LEO's and federal agents wear them as a way to conceal their weapon. If someone with some tactical knowledge were to start shooting, guys with vests may get it first as it's a good as wearing a badge around your neck in many places.
I know they are such an attention grabber that at least one federal agency does not allow their agents to wear them overseas.
It's akin to a guy wearing his combat boots on an airplane. Or some guy traveling with molle-covered backpacks.

and here I was thinking it was my good looks and charm that kept you traveling with me
Jeff, what size vest are you wearing? Maybe someone asked and I missed it?!
I'm not a vest guy, but I do have some Eotac "covert" pants on the way. I think by "covert" they mean there's no cargo pockets...they could have just called them "pants"..
EDIT:
I'll say the vest is cool though for folks who like them, nice to see ESEE marketing with cool USEFULL stuff.
Covert means that once you put them on you become a ninja. Must be the invisble pants they offer.
