I’ve posted this particular shot in other threads but it’s appropriate here. The IRJ is one of my absolute favorite traditionals due in large part to the equal end and I wish I had gone for a second one during that drop. Love this knife.

The "oval", Equal End pattern is an old pattern in the ancestry of folding knives!

Yes, a Canoe counts. As seen in your picture, the bolsters are equal sized but are upswept. One advantage to an up swept bolster is that it allows the tangs to be sunken also as can be seen in your picture. Very nice knife @afishhunter .
