    In that case, you most certainly do Not need a new knife stand for photos!!

    You could probably use a new grinder, though....

    I've never used SR-77. is it comparable to CPM S7?

    As far as we know, Busse SR77 is S7 with their own optimized heat treat. High shock and abuse resistance, but less edge holding than other Bussekin steels. At least, that has been my impression after hanging around here for so long, but not from personal experience.

    We've got some others in production already. Like everything we do, until they're perfect we won't release them. There is nothing worse then a deformed rat with an attitude that was conceived in a swamp...!
