Esee Could Be's

go to the ESEE website and click on the ESEE Pack Kit. (from the top dropdown menus)
It comes with a smith diamond hone, an ESEE fire kit w/button compass, a couple of aloksaks, and some inner tube/ranger bands - plus you get your choice of a PE ESEE 5 or 6.

1066: I caved and ordered a CS SF, and by the small little folding shovel do you mean the poop scoopers for wilderness pooping? Tad Gear man!

Future: yes...yes she is...lol.

Knife: What color Remora? I got OD and Black.

Fat: They don't offer a two-fer package yet? :D

Naah - I was taking about the trunk-sized shovels over in the garden section at Lowes/Home Despot. Great for working in tight spaces, not tactical at all, not folding.

Being in North America, as do most of the rat pack guys from the looks of it, I would like to see them come out with some sort of hatchet/backpacking axe. The machete items are good for their South American customers. But us guys up North need an ESEE tool.

this is true, i like choppers and machetes but an axe is far more suited to the woods i play in

to be honest i would prefer a tomahawk over an axe as i have a gb and dont think ill ever need another axe

but a possible collab with vector now that would be extremely unlikely but drool worthy

can anyone post pics of this pack as i haven't seen it yet and have searched the site and found nothing.

esse knives are this shit and do great things but i have to say this.

KNIFEABILITY pls stop f'in posting about a must for humans....maybe post it as a sig line or something but damn its annoying to read your post to the bottom knowing whats gonna be said. i am not trying to be mean but i just couldn't take it after reading another post with that in it.

Don't read it then, just my style.

I think we need a complete line of ESEE firearms including the ESEE-15, ESEE-G19, ESEE11 (:

I'd buy one in a heart beat.

The Glock shovel is a pretty good shovel, for it's size, sure beats the old tri-folding shovel for robustness.

HEY! I like my old trusty tri fold shovel! it's works fine, lives happily in the back of my truck, never complains about having to dig thru mud or snow banks, and hell, it's older then half the guys posting in this forum! :) I have read a lot of folks talking about how "in a bind" the e-tool might not hold up.... well... ummm... 20+ of getting beat on, and mine is still working.

If ESEE is gonna get into new products outside the knife line, I think they should build a ESEE evac Helicopter.... think about it... your shot down in the deep jungles of Peru, bad guys looking to take you out everywhere. You find a small clearing, and drop your ESEE pack, pull out your Advanced ESEE survival kit, open it up and extract your ESEE self assembling Escape and Evade helicopter and clearly written flight instruction. Bingo, in no time at all your flying over the bad guys. More then one in your group? No problem, just snap two ESEE Heli's together and away you go, up to 18 pairs, giving you as much lift as a Blackhawk!

Comes in basic ESEE Heli (20mm gun only) and Advanced ESEE Heli (20mm guns, and 12 sidewinders).

I'm taking all those funky suggestions as jokes :D as they don't really sound practical

This is what I think for those who are serious: As smart as the rocket scientist(ESEE Knives) is on his field, he won't be up to par playing basketball with the other guys(Whatever backpacks, axes and insert suggestions)

I think ESEE is great at what they're doing, and they should keep doing only what they do best before they turn into a "surplus store" as mentioned before

Topic is just a what if :) nothing serious. I mean, casual talk in my car group often leads to innovation, especially when most of us get drunk and start throwing ideas out.

An ESEE Khukri would be cool, one designed not to be overly complex to sharpen possibly. :) But an ESEE golok would be even more cool!
Also, a larger pack with a dedicated sleeping bag (or whatever sleeping system) compartment would rock, and there ain't many available, while there's a lot of day-packs and 3-day "assault" (?) packs already.

How about an ESEE seax with a 9" + blade.I know HI do one and I know they are very practical to use.Oh and I'd say an ESSE gaucho style blade would be very practical, afterall the gauchos seem to get by with them.I think a 4" would be an awesome EDC.
