I have bought RAT/ESEE knives from both the Knife Connection/Dale & Knife Works/Roger, great service from both companies. You would be well served with either one. I am sure others are fine also but first hand experience with these two was perfect. Plus I like calling into Knife Works, those southern girls accents are sexy!
