esee pack kit

Check the photo thread. It's a great minimal, yet real use, survival kit. Small enough to have where you need it. But big enough to put real gear into. Not your average Mickey mouse survival tin.
 
look at it this way: $120 knife, $10 diamond hone, $35 fire kit, $115 for the pack sheath from Lost Mountain = $275.
Kit runs what? $187 + shipping?
sounds like a good deal to me.
in fact, good enough i'll be ordering mine soon.
 
You mean this little guy? :D I'd get it and a regular sheath (factory or custom) and rock it.

Nice purchase. It is within the next few on my list to get. My Izula is lonely and needs some friends. :D

I started sticking all this inside. I've swaped out a few items, added a microstream light, but you get the idea. Good kit.

The folded kydex liner hold both the 5 or 6 and uses the bungee cord to hold knife in place,
I modified my pack to hold the ESEE6 w/o cord lock

That's next on my list, since I already have the RC-5 I'll get the 6 and switch it out when I want. I think its a good deal.Just can't decide on what color.
 
Anybody who has received their kit remember the shipping time? I ordered mine along with the molded sheath this morning an am hoping it will arrive before the weekend. Fingers crossed.
