I went for a drive north of here to see if i could shoot a feral goat.

I ended up getting a young billy for its skin and tender leg roasts.

Today i started working on a great idea that knoefz gave me a few weeks back. A velcro attachment for your sheath so that multiple pouches can be interchanged as needed.

I just made a simple magnet retention sheath for my 150 knipex that I use regularly at work each day, to try out its potential for longevity.

Anyways i thought I'd just share what I got up to today. I didn't make it out for a shot this morning.

New ESEE today. The CM6.

I'm a sucker for a sharpened swedge. This CM6 is the CM6-TG-M is in tactical gray like the ESEE-4P-CP-TG-B is. Same gray. Same Canvas Micarta

I also already got it some new scales. These are two-tone canvas micarta from Lucas Carroll, and they have a palm swell instead of being flat.

What are these little lengths of paracord that come with ESEE sheaths meant for? They seem too short to do anything useful.

It's for lashing the sheath to a belt, or pack. (bottom right picture).
