I feel a bit let down. My son and I went to the scrap heap and planned on smashing car windows with an ESEE 5. In my head we were going to have a great time, possibly end up cutting myself but proving how awesome the window breaker was... I was sadly mistaken on how hard it was to eventually have a window break. I bashed 4 different windows all of them just laughed at me. The first window I hit a good few times and I moved on to another. Literally 10 minutes later the first window shattered on its own accord while I was hitting a second car's window.

I know the pommel has many other uses but breaking glass on car windows, let alone a downed helicopter is a fail for me.

Some people like chocolate, some like vanilla. I'm not a big fan of 1095, but the green-and-orange knife, which I have respectfully nicknamed "The Shovel", has been used to dig tough roots out of rocky soil. It has taken a few small chips over the years, but it is still standing tall and proud, and it takes a fine edge using natural stones. In addition to being hard to lose! The S35VN knife with the fancy handle scales comes out for special occasions.
