ESEE poor F&F?

hey guys thanks for the responses lol. I was actually saying that when the 6 arrived I noticed the scales were not matched up as well as the others that I own. honestly i really dont mind, I was just curiouse. and as for the batoning, I was just wondering how much movement was normal. I honestly dont know where you all assumed that I was incredibly retarded or something. They were two seperate posts. Im sorry that I affended so many of you, but I must say that your conclusion is wrong. I love esee knives. I would trust my life with any of them over any other knife.

Whatever the circumstances were with the knife handles, the hostility towards the OP has been very disrespectful.

Two seperate posts okay? Now the question remains - did you notice the scales not being flush or not matching or whatever before or after this post?

hey guys I was just wondering if its normanl for the esee handle scales to shift a little when being pounded on with a baton. I imagine that this would occure no matter how tight that it was bolted down. (I did however tighten the hex screws as tight as they would go)

You would be amazed at the things some folks will do to a knife and then turn around and say "That is how I got it from the store". In this case, your OP followed up with some basic pictures would have prevented the entire avalanche and provided some real credibility. As for the general assumption you outlined, that is not necessarily accurate.
You have to understand though, there are people on these boards that own multiples of every knife since it was RAT Cutlery (the original, not the Ontario stuff) and a F&F problem is very rare. Especially when someone comes in and claims they have several with flawed handles yet there is a mysterious lack of pictures, in addition to a thread that pops up where you indicate you are "pounding on them".

it was fresh out of the package. But It does not matter, I have actually grown fond of it haha. it was only noticable under the primary finger choil, where it was just a sliver out of place, foreward making a bit of distance. it actually gives it more traction. the thing is I might have been a bit too anal about it. It probably wasnt worth even bringing it up. :foot: and honestly I really dont care about this "picture or bullshit", bullshit. I was hoping that people would have a bit more trust within a community forum.

i specified that it was just the one, in my response right under the initial post?
