esee warranty

Sounds like you need to familiarize yourself with the Esee warranty.

Just because it's covered by the warranty, does not mean it is not abuse. If I screw something up, I won't return it for warranty replacement or repair just because I can. Honesty is what you do when nobody is looking...

The original price of the knife compared to the production cost of a simple 1095 fixed blade allows them to replace them w/o too much financial risk. Would you rather have them replace knives that are not defective, or give you a lower price?

I stand by my statement. Sounds like you need to familiarize yourself with the Esee warranty. It covers what you consider to be abuse.

Congratulations for holding yourself to a higher standard than Esee does but that has nothing to do with this thread. Interjecting your personal beliefs counter to the warranty in question is frankly meaningless here.

I would rather them stand behind their product and implement their stated warranty which they do quite well actually. Putting in a claim with Esee for a warranty issue is not dishonest like you have said above. If you want an inferior warranty there are plenty of other knife companies for you to buy from.
