So, this is my favorite knife to date. Here is a spin on the DE Cattle knife, one I made for myself.

I had the pleasure of Evan handing me over a Knife that he and I swapped e-mails to and fro for some time, I met Evan in person at the 2017 GEC Rendezvous and claimed ownership of this beauty!
I wanted a Sheepsfoot Blade, Rats Tailed Bolsters, Long Pull and Stag - Oh and a Swedge to die for - Evan nailed it everywhere! - so I am pretty darned happy with this sweetheart of a Knife made by a young man who is climbing the Stairway in the Cutler World pretty Smartly!

Blade ( and Spring Steel ) are CPM S35VN High End Powdered Stainless steel.

Stag is yummy - so thinly hafted - just like the very old Sheffield and Solingen Cutlers.
