That is a stunningly beautiful knife. I too have enjoyed watching Evan's customs improve with each iteration and his progression in the cutlery community. Congrats to you and kudos to Evan for another satisfied customer.

Blade ( and Spring Steel ) are CPM S35VN High End Powdered Stainless steel.

Stag is yummy - so thinly hafted - just like the very old Sheffield and Solingen Cutlers.

Charlie - I am glad you stated that about the Bone Jigging- I was looking closely at and my thoughts went back to the older Knives.
