Thanks, Jeff. The pile side stag is not as red, more browns and tans, but still very nice.

If you remember, John Lloyd provided the stag for the 2014 BF knife and also for the 100 Eric's Jacks, in 440C, that were made to appease the SS fans.:D The knife was cutlered and hafted by Eric (ea42). He did a great job on them and I'm glad I got one.

Very generous of John Lloyd too!

Yes, they were very well done. Mine had good stag, not like yours though, and being a little small for me I let it go. I never bought a knife I didn't like, but if I kept them all, I'd be broke and divorced, so . . . ;)

I remember when this knife came out, and thinking ho-hum. Now I look at that knife and I'm blown away !! What a great knife. A few years can educate a person, and bring enlightenment in this fun hobby. Thanks for posting that Eric's Jack.
