Yes. When Eric Isaacson guessed, Jerry confirmed. Extermination Unit 17. For Orkin. ;)

But personally, I've never seen/heard it called "Evacuation Unit. Even in posts back to 2004, I see it referred to as Extraction in posts, abbreviation threads, and from OG Hogs. Whether it is or isn't, pretty sure it is what it is. :)
 
My Orkin guy told me he got it from a Flea Market in Adamsville, TN-Paid 26 Dollars for it, pretty sure mine is the real Deal
