Ever get picked on for being a knife nut?

Slice and dice a few people and the teasing will stop. Word gets around.*

* This comment is made entirely in jest. Attempts to slice other people will result in incarceration and time spent as a beeyotch for a large man named Carlton.

not too much, every now and then someone will say "what are you gonna do with that? stab somebody?" and then theyll ask to use it, and i say nope

Quit your whining, everyone. You have nothing on those guys that carry HP calculators.

I happen to carry a calculator and a knife - maybe a custom kydex sheath to combine the two would be in order :D:D:D

That's what sucks about most work places, the people really s---. You can pick your friends and not have to worry about listening to BS, but your workmates are another story. It's interesting how "brave" people can be in the workplace, where they feel somewhat protected from violence. I always ask myself, before I get upset at people, this simple question. Would the person dare say that to me if we were in a dark alley, or out in the woods somewhere. I have to say no. Not if they were sane.

most people are very close to being extremelly mentally ill. do yourself a favor, and tell them nothing.

my baseball team usually looks at me weird when they see im NOT carrying. that is usally the jokes for me. they tend not to say anything other than "can you cut this?" when needed.

I think it depends upon what you are carrying and why you are carrying it. I am 6'4 240 pounds. Everyone I know, knows I would not use a knife for fighting purposes. They have seen me use it for everything else under the sun and have always been happy I have had one on me. I think some people react differently to the knife that you have. If explained to them what you use it for it should save you the problem of being picked on.
