Ever had a knife that you can't stop carrying even though you have "better" knives ?

I actually find myself carrying my cheapo D/A OTF Lighting knife more than I would like to admit. It has been a great knife for just basic box opening and stuff like that. I've never put it to any hard use but so far it has never failed to fire or close and gets razor sharp. I think I carry it so much too because I don't really care about it. My PM2 gets carried more than any other knife for the last year or so though.

For me it's a SAK Ambassador in the left front and a MiniGrip clipped in the right front. Right front was a Delica for years before I got the BM, and is still second choice for EDC. It's shameful how many "better" knives I have sitting around the house, in drawers, or in the safe.

I always carry a Wenger Swiss amry knife for every day cutting nad also teh screwdrivers often turn up to be extremely handy. I have many "better" knives, but i always carry this as a user. I usually carry two though. The other one gets rotated and is often of ofth e "nicer" knives.

I got a used Spyderco Tenacious several years ago, and it's been carried several times a month since I got it. The first year I had it, I carried it exclusively as my larger EDC knife.

I would like to include my collection of Rough Rider slippies. Cheap but excellent quality & blades.

I have to be impartial for business purposes ;) , nevertheless Spyderco Para Military 2 - M390 - Have a lot of knives maybe better ones, for sure more expensive ones.

PM 2 does everything I need to do with an EDC (Love the steel M390)

Must be nice. Lol.

There seems to be a lot of people mentioning Spyderco's FRN models. They must be onto something ;)

This is the extent of my collection.

Indeed I do.
My Spyderco Squeak gets carried quite a bit. However, the Kershaw SS Volt also sees pocket time.
And a Victorinox Classic SAK rides on my keys.

I have several "better" knives but really enjoy the Squeak and Volt.

My "better" knives get carried just as much as the Squeak if not more, however I do wonder why I gravitate towards it still even though I have several other wonderful knives. But, it doesn't bother me. It's a great knife.

Spyderco clipit Endura with the frn cliip and G2 blade. This has been my most carried EDC for years and I have another LNIB in case anything happens to this one. So thin and light you can wear it IWB or in the pocket of your pajama bottoms with no sagging, but still a fairly rugged and beefy knife. Also doesn't rip up my pockets.

No, I just sold 85% of my collection so i could afford 1 higher quality knife.
My collection now includes:CS ak 47, Case Trapper, Victorinox tinker, buck vantage select, kershaw volt 2, crkt m16, opinel #6, a few customs made by me, and they all get carried regularly except for my CS (i used to love it and i still do.....kinda, but i feel like a real mall ninja prick when i carry it).

I'd owned a ZT0561, but I kept EDC my Spyderco PM,
guess PM is much more lighter for carry.
