Ever had a knife that you can't stop carrying even though you have "better" knives ?

For me it's the Spyderco Stretch, FRN VG-10 version, so slim with a nice sized blade. It has been a great all purpose type of knife for me, does many things well and doesn't take up a great deal of space being how thin it is.

I don't have any "nicer" knives, but my Delica comes with me everywhere. I keep getting newer knives that I want to carry and see how they perform, but the delica always hops in my pocket. Sometimes I just take a new knife and the delica at the same time.

My Paramilitary 2 is my favorite, but lately I've been leaving the house with just my Alox Vic Pioneer in my pocket.

I've got a few knives that I've used the hell out of (and keep using), even though I've got more expensive knives with better steels and fancier materials.

My Leatherman Skeletool, Kershaw Cyclone, and Victorinox Pioneer have probably each seen more use than the rest of the knives I still own, and they keep on truckin'...

I have some pretty dang pricey knives (I use all my knives regardless of price) but I seem to carry my Spyderco P'kal quite often. I also carry my Large CF Sebenza and VECP often but those two are not exactly cheap. Cheers.

Up until very recently it was my Spyderco Tenacious, but just lately my Delica 4 FFG has pretty much taken over edc duties. However, the one constant is a Victorinox Super Tinker in the opposing pocket.

Most definitely. I have a few very nice knives (to me anyway) that I appreciate a lot (Kirby Lambert, M4 Spyderco Military, M390 Para, etc), but for some reason, this one has been my daily carry for the past few weeks now:

I just feels 100% right.

Another vote for the Endura in ZDP 189. Very well made all purpose blade. Carries smaller than it is.

Doug Ritter 552 Grip with Cuscadi scales, can't put that thing down. I have a 915 Triage that gets EDC time during EMT hours. Also have a 580BK, 470, and just pre-ordered the 551 limited edition G10/red anodized Grip, but the Doug Ritter will always be my EDC.

Although I don't have any knives that cost more than $25, I really the kershaw volt 2 because of it's size and it's just cool. I also like the clash, but it's bigger and heavier.

I am a little ashamed to admit it, but I carry a $15 xm-18 knock off 95% of the time. The size and ergo's of it are amazing and if I break it or lose it, who cares. I don't have any $100+ knives, but the KO is the cheapest knife I own and gets the most pocket time. A skyline or cryo replaces it on the rare occasions I need something smaller or I am wearing slacks. There's a good chance it will get replaced by a Hinderer designed kershaw or ZT later in the year.
