Ever regret not getting a knife?

The first time I went the the USA, the first Gun & Tackle shop I went into had a Buck 124 on display. Thinking I'd see them everywhere I didn't buy it. Never saw another on sale, still never got one.

At one Blade Show in Atlanta, Jack Crider (a big Randall dealer) was selling two knives that Randall made for him. One was a double edge knife that looked like a short sword (hobbit style) and the other was his Jack Crider Special (JCS). The JCS looks sort of like a steak knife but in stainless steel. I bought the JCS. The other blade is the one I regret not getting. Never saw another one of those things although they have come up on Ebay a time or two for around $600. Too rich at this point for me. The JCS sell in the neighborhood of $400 the last I saw one on ebay.

I toyed with the idea of getting an original nimravus cub for a while but never did. I was super disapointed when they went out of production, but very happy when they just recently came out with the nim cub II

I had a chance to get 2 Spyderco militaries or 1 military and 1 paramilitary

about 2 months , but I chose 4 other knives instead . So, after doing my

research on the military and paramilitary I do regret not getting them. :(

Nick I asked you 5 times at the show if you where sure then I asked you going out the door then I asked you going down the street then I asked you before we went into the tunnel then I asked you when we got out of the tunnel and told you I would turn around 3 times on the way home then I called you first thing sunday morning and offered to take you back so man what can I say I tried :D and I told ya so:cool:

I've regretted "getting" some knives more than I've regretted not getting some.
