Not a knife, but definitely knife related. Bumped into this 1/3 HP, 1"x30" belt sander with 5" disc sander at Habitat For Humanity ReStore. It's missing its tables, but I'm not sure I'll miss them all that much. Time will tell. If I decide it needs some, I'll fab something up. It came with some kind of a rubber'ish buffing belt on it, which I charged with green buffing compound. Seems to work fine.
Tip: Don't use this anywhere fancy in your house. It flings little fragments of waxy buffing compound crumbles everywhere.

This was made by a friend 30 years ago. A very talented family. He made jewelry also. He put silver in some of his knife handles. This is another he made.

Been wanting to share this one for a while. This is the nicest folding knife I've ever had. The detent tuning is insane. The lockup is perfect. The centering is perfect. The grinds are perfect. I'm kinda ruined for other folders now.

Tom Krein custom Signature Series Alpha #13 of 50. Diamond-milled distressed titanium handles, acid-wash asymmetrical dagger-grind Nitro-V, blue hardware.

It's like a really good cigar or Scotch - once you have had one, nothing else is the same.

Going to close on a new blade very soon. This one will be a little different than the usual Cold Steel. Read the reviews, and watched Gideon do a review. This one is a Ken Onion design; that harkens back to the Old West. CRK&T's Redemption folder in magnacut:

This one sports the axis-lock, and G10 scales. Its my understanding, this folder is subcontracted to Hogue Knives for the build. I'll do an unboxing, when I get it. Thanks!
