I'm standing outside on a rainy morning, waiting for the FedEx man. He's got an overnight delivery for me.. it's due in the next hour or so.

Edit: ugh. Having some major issues with FedEx.

Edit 2: I have my orders that require a signature delivered to my work. Always someone there to sign for it. My parcel was marked "Delivered" (and signed for!) at 9:24am. This would have been impossible because I was seated at the front door of the building from 830am until 9:45am, and there was no FedEx.

At 9:45, a FedEx truck pulls up and a package is handed to me. Stupendous I think.. except when I go to open it I realize it's not the box I was expecting. It's a different shipment (a case of bandaids), ordered by a coworker.

Now, given the minimal bit of evidence I have, what would YOU assume has happened?

I opened an investigation immediately and notified the sender (a reputable retailer, luckily).
