Today was a good day for fixed blades. Spyderco Bowie landed and new pants for my ZT0006 landed, goodby annoying rattle. The sheath was by a forum member azwelke it is a fantastic fit for the knife and top notch finish, he even hooked it up on the hardware side and shipped super quick!

I don’t know the full history of the knife but it was made in Bucks old custom shop when they were in California. Back then they had their “catalog” offerings but you could also design a knife and they would work with you to make it. This one could be something like that or one of the knife makers just making something different. I am going to see what I can find out. They really made some cool stuff during that time.

This one is about 11.5” oal with a 7” blade.

I also received these two mastodon ivory skinners with the dagger that were made in the custom shop.

Jack Wolfs After hours frame lock In Purple Abolone They sold out fast but got lucky and was able to pick one up. I like the option for the removable pocket clip and filler if you choose that option.
