Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Oh man, I can't believe I finally found this old YouTube. I had your mention of painter's tape in mind.
The stuff in the vid is what I use. Not saying it's better but I've always done it this way because I saw this vid early on. You might want to give it a try .

TheApostleP Edgepro Tutorial #4 New Hardware and Methods after 1,000 Knives

Seems like he was a little controversial in some circles here on BF but he makes stuff sharp and likes Gayle Bradley ll and 940 knives so he's OK in my book.
I have no beef with ApostleP either and enjoyed many of his videos. For sure that guy can put some nice edges on knives . Thanks for the heads up man 👍🏻

Anyone else make sure the upgrades are in hand before the knives even land?

I was gonna pick one of these up, but kept coming back to the site hoping they'd upload the actual photos of the knife (I really did think it was a digital photo or something)... then to realize the knife was literally cell-shaded - looks amazing!
It’s really wild, I thought it was a drawing when I first saw a picture.

They for sure leaned into the gaming side, providing you with a Fallout poker chip (strange to choose that game for the chip, given its not cell shaded) - the way they did the cell shading makes me think of Borderlands (not the movie), as that is one of the best cell shaded game series (IMO).

This year seems to be the year of the multitool. Over the holidays I had a bunch of instances where I grabbed my leatherman P2 and after the last use I became obsessed with watching multitool reviews. I decided to actually EDC the P2 with or without my usual Spyderco Military and realized that I love carrying a multitool. They usually reside in the gear bag, center console or the backpack. So I went all out and picked up the ARC. Now I have been thinking about modding my lesser tools. I wish Leatherman would make a Free series tool where you could custom build the toolset right from the factory.

I thought that the chip was funny too, that they picked the wrong game. It was made by the knife dealer and not Heretic. It’s heavy and is pretty cool that they did it for this knife. From what I’ve heard each dealer that got some only got two of each color.

Why does your knife, look like a drawing of a knife ?

I really thought it was a cutout drawing .
I guess they did a few of these in this finish by hand from a cerakote shop and then clear coated them. They look crazy! They also have a blue, yellow and green one.
