Enjoy! And I’m glad the mailman finally got it there.
I hated FRN when I first tried it. Then I carried a Pacific Salt for more than a year straight. It grows on you!I got this in the mail today. Never experienced FRN before so I thought I’d try it out. Right off the bat , I gave it a hard pass and put it up for sale. But over then last couple hours , I’ve been handling it while on the couch. I’m starting to like it. And the edge on the VG10 is exceptionally razor sharp. I may have to yank it off the exchange and keep it. View attachment 2798972
I had a similar opinion but the bi-directional texturing grew on me about as fast as yours is growing on you.I got this in the mail today. Never experienced FRN before so I thought I’d try it out. I think you’re right. Plus , I’m a sucker for orange.I had a similar opinion but the bi-directional texturing grew on me about as fast as yours is growing on you.
That was back in July and now Spyderco’s FRN gives me the warm fuzzies. I predict that if you sell it, you will get another Spyderco in FRN because you miss it. Keep that bad boy. You’ll love it if you don’t already.
And SEXY......Got a Fallkniven TK2 last week. Super slick nimble blade.

Just think of it as a knife that’s not pretty or expensive looking, but works fantastic as a knife that gets used and carried when you don’t want to beat up or risk losing your “nice knives.”I got this in the mail today.
