I picked up one of the limited run of yellow bone Case Baby Doctor knives as a gift for my doctor for all she's done for me the last 20 years. Many of the earliest spring medicinal plants have yellow flowers. So with the two shades of yellow resembling different flowers, I thought it would make a good gift for a physician who is, like me, also personally largely holistic. who has spent the last 20 years donating her time to a community center free clinic that also provides free medications for patients when they can.

I've been trying to resist adding one of those to my Case collection but I am weakening.
I don't carry the full size ones I have but I like them a lot.
I have one at work , in my "stays at work knife wallet" . I use the Spatula blade for loading rebuildable bearing assemblies with fresh grease . Brilliant for that !
I have a few of the full size ones .
The blade is quite useful and fun to use ; I don't carry them because the pill masher end has corners that bite my palm .
Since I saw the Baby Doc I have been envisioning myself holding it like a pencil for various tasks .

Impressed with the packaging and swag Cutlery Shoppe did with the package. It also came with some mini Tootsie Pops The piece of foam in the box to keep the knife from sliding around was a very thoughtful touch.
